But the first time I tried to do it, I got really dizzy and almost passed out. Turns out I am insulin resistant and the lack of food made my blood sugar plummet. I remember the four of us (me, my mom, my dad, and sister) sitting around the kitchen table surrounded by flashlights playing Uno, poker, and the Lord of the Rings Monopoly.
